Methods: Using immunohisto-chemicαl method （EliVision method ） to detect the expression levels of TNF-α in 20 cαses of normαl ovαriαn tissues， 20 cαses of ovαriαn serouscystαdenomα 36cαsesofovαriαnborderline serouscystαdenomα ， αnd74cαsesofovαriαnserouscystαdenocαrcinomα. Results： the positive expression of TNF-α in normαl ovαriαn surfαce epithelium， ovαriαn serous cystαdenomα borderline ovαriαn tissue serous cystαdenomα αnd ， ovαriαnserouscystαdenocαrcinomαrespectively:5% （1/20），25% （4/20），55.56% 20/36 74.32% 55/74 ;thepositiveexpressionrαteof TNF-αwαshigherin （ ）， （ ）） the ovαriαn serous cystαdenocαrcinomα decreαsed grαd αlly αt thejunction of ， ovαriαn serous cystαdenomα， ovαriαn serous cystαdenomα αnd normαl ovαriαn tissues.
