The expression and the clinical significance of tumer suppressor in lung cancer 1 and lung resistance related protein gene in acute leukemia 【Abstract 】Objective: To detect the expression of tumer suppressor in lung cancer 1 and lung resistance related protein gene in acute leukemia patients in order to explore the meaning of the occurrence and development, prognosis assessment and treatment of the guidance in the AL. Methods: Expression of TSLC1 and LRP mRNA was determined in bone marrow cells from 59 cases of AL patients and17 cases of the control group by semi-quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain react ion (RT-PCR). Results: 1. TSLC1-mRNA and LRP-mRNA expression in the control group, the positive rates were 64.71% and 5.88%; in acute lymphoblastic leukemia group were 38.10% and 9.52%; in acute myeloid leukemia group were 10.53% and 60.53%. The expression in ALL group and the control group was no significant difference (P0.05); the control group and the AML group, ALL and AML group have statistically significant differences in expression (P0.05).2. The expression differences of TSLC1 between the control group and M1, M2, M5 were statistically significant (P 0.05), the control group and M3, M4 had no statistically significant difference (P0.05); The expression of LRP in the control group and M2, M4, M5 were statistically significant differences (P0.05), M1, M3 and the control group had no statistically significant difference (P0.05) ; difference between the various subtypes had no statistical significance (P0.05).3.
