Study of the correlation between TNF-α and TGF-β1 expression in serum and urine with the wound healing in early stage after TURP Major: urinary surgery, postgraduate : zengding Supervisor: shijiaqi professor, hujianxin professor [Abstract] Objective: Analyzed the relationship between TNF-α and TGF-β1 expression in serum and urine with wound healing in the early stage after TURP, that through detected TNF-α and TGF-β1 at difference time points. Methods: The serum and urine samples were collected from 45 patients who underwent TURP at difference time points (1 day at preoperative, 6 hours, 3 days and 5 days at postoperative). The serum samples gave information on the expression of whole body; in contrast, the urine ones were reflection of local expression. TGF-β1 and TNF-α were detected in serum and urine at difference times in order to make the analysis. Results: There was a significant difference between the TNF-α expression in urine of 1 day at preoperative and that of 3 days at postoperative with that of 5 days at postoperative (P0.05). The difference of TNF-α in serum and urine at any other times, however, that had no significant statistical (P ﹥0.05). There was no significant statistical difference between TGF-β in serum and urine at difference time points with 1 that 1 day at preoperative (P ﹥0.05).
