学兔兔 第31卷 第1期 仪 器 仪 表 学 报 、，bl-3l NO．1 2010年 1月 Chinese Journal of Scientific Instrument Jan．2010 振荡冲击电压下局部放电检测系统研究术 赵学风，孙振权，姚 秀，李彦明 (电力设备电气绝缘国家重点实验室，西安交通大学，西安 710049) 摘 要：为了研究振荡冲击电压下局部放电现象，设计了振荡冲击波形发生器，根据等效电路模型，推导出波形参数表达式； 制作了一款专门用于冲击电压下局部放电脉冲测量的高频电流传感器，研究了线圈匝数和积分电阻对其频率特性的影响，利 用函数发生器和方波电压源测试校准了传感器实际动态响应；在此基础上建立了一套局部放电脉冲测量系统，并对针板电极 实验模型在振荡冲击电压下的局部放电信号进行测量。试验结果表明，该测量系统能够有效抑制源干扰，提取局部放电脉冲， 为进一步研究振荡冲击电压下局部放电特征和机珲提供重要价值。 关键词：振荡冲击电压；电流传感器：动态响应：局部放电测量；干扰 中图分类号：TM835．4 文献标识码：A 国家标准学科分类代码：470．40 Study on partial discharge detection system under oscillatory impulse voltage Zhao Xuefeng，Sun Zhenquan，Yao Xiu，Li Yanrning (State Key Laboratory ofElectrical Insulation and Power Equipment,School Electrical Engineering， Xi’an Jiaotong University,Xi’an,710049,China) Abstract：In order t0 study the partial discharge(PD)pulses under oscillatory impulse voltage(otv)，锄oscilla- tion waveform generator is designed and the waveform parameter expressions are presented based on its equiva— lent circuit mode1．A high—frequency current transducer is developed for the measurement of PD．Then the effects of coil turns and integral resistance on frequency properties are studied．Moreover,calibration and analysis of the actual dynamic response are performed by adopting a function generator and a square—wave source．A PD meas— urement system that detects the PD signals of a needle—plate model under 0IV was developed．Experiment shows that by adopting this PD measurement system．the source interferences are restrained and the PD signals are effec— fively extracted．therefore the proposed system could be a worthy approach not only to studying PD characteristics under OIV in depth
