1999 1032 5 　Chin J Dermatol, Oct 1999, Vol 32, No.5 323 ·· T 王琳　李甘地　刘卫平　杨毅　赖仁胜　周光平 【】　　T 。　、 、。　6 , 26 , 、 , 3 、。6 3 。 7 3 。 ;, , ; 、、、。 12 T 。　 T , 、。 【】　　, T 　 SubcutaneousPanniculitis-like T-cell Lymphoma:A Clinicopathological and Immunohistochemical Study of * * 12 Cases 　WANG L in , LI Gandi, LIU Weip ing, et al.Dep artment of Dermatology, First Af f iliated Hosp ital, West China University of Medical Sciences, Chengd 610041 【Abstract】　Objective　To study the clinical and histopathological features of subcutaneous panniculitis- like T-cell lymphoma (SPTC ).Methods　Tw elve cases of SPTC were investigated by clinicopathological and immunohistochemical methods.esults　The ratio of male-to-female in this group was 1 ∶1, and the me- dian age was 26 years old.The main clinical manifestations of SPTC were asymptomatic plaques, nodules and masses.Fever and weight loss were seen in three cases, and low level cell counts in routine blood test in 3 pa- tients.In seven followed-up patients three died.Histologically, patterns of lymphoid cell infiltration w ere lobu- lar or diffuse panniculitis, or both.The infiltrated lymphoid cells were of different size, irregular in shape, w ith few mitotic figures.In tumor tissue, epithelioid granulomas, multinuclear giant cells(4/12), beanbag cells (7/12), small patches of necrosis(7/12), and tumor cell infiltrating small vessel walls (6/12)were ob- served.CD45RO positive T cells were show n in all 12 cases by immunohistochemical stain.Conclusion　s SPTC has a specific clinicopathological picture, and the prognosis is poor in those with hemophagocytic syn- drome or large tumor cells. 【Key words】　Skin neoplasms 　　 ymphoma, T-cell　　Panniculitis 　　T (Subcutaneous panni- culitis-like T cell lymphoma, SPTC ) 10 12 SPTC 1984 ～1998
