ThehadronicB → J/ψK1270andB → J/ψK1400hasbeenanalyzed in“QCDfactorization” approachandgeneralized factorization. Thee?ectivecoe?cientsahhavebeencalculatedforthree i helicity states h  0, ,? which give three di?erent contribution of amplitudes. We consider that J/ψ behaves as a light meson in compared to B meson. For B 0.5 J/ψK 1270 and 10?4, → × B → J/ψK 1400,experimental data ofbranching ratios are1.8 ± 10?3 and 5 × respectively.Ourbestobtainedresultsare1.79±0.01×10?3atθ58?and1.42±0.01×10?3at θ32?forB → J/ψK 1270decay.Andwehave4.27 10?4at 58?and3.45 10?4at 32? × θ × θ forB → J/ψK 1400,whichareinagreementwithexperiment. 1.Introduction Recent experimental results sobtained by BABAR, Belle, and CLEO have opened an interestingareaofresearchaboutproductionofaxial-vectormesonsinBdecays.Twobody B decays look for CP violation and overconstrain the CKM parameters in the Standard Model. Exclusive modes containing B → PP, PV, and VV, which have been extensively discussed in the literature have con?rmed such expectation 1 .
