Artemisinin and its derivates are an important class of antimalarial drug and are described to possess immunomodulatory activities.Fewstudieshaveaddressedthee?ectofartesunateinthemurinemalariamodeloritse?ectonhostimmuneresponse duringmalariainfection.Herein,westudythee?ectofartesunatetreatmentanddescribeanauxiliarymechanismofartesunate in modulating the in?ammatory response during experimental malaria infection in mice.
