Therefore, Cititrans Company needed to get rid of and solve many problems which is now facing. The departure from reality of Cititrans Company, which is based on the theoretical guidance of marketing, logistics management, the thesis first introduced the concept of international freight forwarding companies, development and maritime business profit model analysis with examples. According to the SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, internal and external environment and made elaborate. Detailed analysis and understanding of market positioning, we can summarize the Cititrans Company competitive strategy: provide with competitive freight forwarding products for medium and large customers, reduce production costs, for each year of twenty percent incremental economic benefits.
