Due to the uniqueness and severity of the infringing legal interest ,it cannot be well regulated by the currently effective provisions of criminal law ,we therefore need to establish a new legalized type of criminal behavior in order to ensure the enforcement of Criminal Law. From the per spective of criminal provisions ,it would be more reasonable to choose specified manipulation sports match crime to safeguard the protection of sports legal interest ,instead of by fraud or gambling. This newly lc galized type of crime shall be classified into the category of disrupting the socialist market economy order. Meanwhile ,in the respect of explanation of the criminal facts ,it would be best to take the way of clear ex planation of indictment. As for the sct-up of the criminal punishment , we shall refer to crimes regarding manipulation of securities . future markets in accordance with the principle of punishment comparison , and at the same tirne ,we shall take the setting up
