Confocal live cell microscopy and super-resolution microscopy alloweddetectionanddynamictracingofindividualvirionassembliesattheplasmamembrane.Theanalysisofsubcellular binding kinetics showed cytoplasmic antigen recognition and incorporation into virion assembly sites.
