Casereports:HerewereporttwocaseswithalateoutcomeMHCclassIIdeficiency.Theyhadalongtermhistory ofrecurrentbronchopulmonaryandgastrointestinalinfections.Bonemarrowtransplantationcouldnotbe performedbecausenocompatibledonorhadbeenidentified.Attheageof12years,theydevelopedoral papillomatouslesionsrelatedtoHPV(humanpapillomavirus).ThediagnosisofHPVinfectionwasdoneby histologicalexamination.HPVtypingperformedonthetissueobtainedatbiopsyshowedHPVtype6.Thelesions werepartiallyremovedaftertwomonthsoflasertreatment. Conclusions:ViralinfectionsarecommoninpatientswithMHCclassIIandremainthemaincauseofdeath. BesideswartscausedbyHPVinfectiondonotexhibitapropensityformalignanttransformation;theycancause greatpsychosocialmorbidity. Casepresentations Case 1 (0.5-1.8).
