供应链管理环境下的联合库存优化方法研究 摘 要 在供应链管理环境下，库存水平的高低不仅影响着单个企业的综合成本，而且制约着整条供应链的性能，库存控制作为企业生产经营活动的重要环节，是供应链上个节点企业实现合作和供应链集成管理的关键。随着物流与供应链管理的发展，供应链下的库存控制中还有诸多问题亟待解决，因此，研究供应链管理环境下企业库存控制方法，对于节约供应链成本、提高供应链整体效率有重要意义。本文主要从以下方面对库存控制方法进行了探索： 首先，论文阐述了研究供应链环境下的库存管理的现实意义，综述了国内外有关库存管理方面的研究进展，结合现代物流管理思想，阐述了供应链管理理论及库存管理理论。论文在分析供应链环境下的库存管理现状的基础上，对供应链环境下几种先进的库存管理思想：供应商管理库存（VMI）、联合库存管理（JMI）和合作计划、预测与补给(CFPR)进行了比较分析。 然后本文在分析供应链环境下的库存管理现状的基础上，重点分析了供应链环境下的联合库存管理（JMI）的实施策略与模式。这种模式强调供应链节点企业同时参与、共同制定库存计划，从而使供应链管理过程的每个库存管理者都能从相互的协调性来考虑问题，保证供应链相邻节点之间的库存管理实体对需求预测水平的高度一致，消除需求变异放大。接下来，论文还对库存管理的优点与不足进行了详细分析，并建立了实施联合库存管理策略和供应链成本模型，得出联合库存管理能有效降低供应链整体费用的结论。 最后，论文以 公司为例，具体分析了该公司的库存管理方面所存在的问题并结合其特点进行了库存策略设计，同时引入第三方物流系统，使供应链的小批量库存补给变得更为经济。 关键词：供应链管理；库存管理；供应链库存管理；联合库存管理 The Research on optimization method of joint inventory in supply chain environment ABSTRACT Inventory control as an important part of production activity of enterprise, it is the key of implementing all nodes on supply chain cooperated and whole supply chain management model ,the inventory level affects not only the synthesized cost of a single enterprise, but also restricts the entire supply chain performance. With the development of logistics and supply chain management, it has important significance for saving cost of the supply chain and improving the overall efficiency of the supply chain to research on inventory control strategy of enterprise under supply chain management.
