The CRM1–dependent nuclear export of Gag mRNA linked to the Rev ResponseElement(RRE)isdependentonspecificdomainsoftheNF90ctvprotein.Takentogether,ourresultsdemonstrate thattheappropriateintracellularlocalizationanddynamicsofRevcouldregulateGagassemblyandHIV-1replication.
