Rosetta is a protein structure prediction and design code, used here to model and score how proteins accommodatepointmutationswithside-chainandbackbonemovements.WeshowthatintegratingRosettarelax-derived featureswithsequence-basedfeaturesresultsinaccuratetemperature-sensitivemutationpredictions.
