This purpose of the article was to have a protocol of prevention and therapy by way of investigating the risk factors of CMV infection in allo-HSCT recipients, which improved the prognoses and survival. Methods: The clinical data of 96 allo-HSCT recipients from 2011 January to 2014 April in our hospital was collected and analyzed retrospectively. At the beginning of conditioning, all the patients treated with ganciclovir to prevent CMV infection until -2 day of stem cell reinfusion. After stem cell transplantation, CMV-DNA was monitored once or twice a week. When the patients with GCV had no response or came up with myelosuppression, foscarnet was considered as an agent for CMV infection. The cases in different disease state before HSCT, different group of disease, HLA matching, aGVHD, blood type of donor-recipient, fludarabine （FLU ）and Anti-Human thymocyte globulin (ATG) application, gender and age were analyzed with chi-square test and logistic regression analysis to get the risk factors of CMV infection
