We then prospectively tested the accuracy of these parameters against 216 histologicallyvalidatedlymphnodesfrom34patientswithprimarycancers,insemiautomated fashion.Wefounduniquemagnetictissueparametersthataccuratelydistinguishedmetastatic fromnormalnodeswithanoverallsensitivityof98%andspecificityof92%.Theparameters couldbeappliedtodatasetsinasemiautomatedfashionandbeusedforthree-dimensional reconstructionofcompletenodalanatomyfordifferentprimarycancers.
