Methods: CRC survivors identified from the Eindhoven Cancer Registry treated between 1998 and 2007 were included. SurvivorscompletedvalidatedquestionnairesonPA,distress,fatigue,andHRQoL.Moderate-to-vigorousphysicalactivity (MVPA)levelswerecalculatedbysummingthetimespentonwalking,bicycling,gardeningandsports($3MET).Multiple linear regression analyses were conducted to study which socio-demographic and clinical factors were associated with MVPA. Furthermore, we examined associations between MVPA and physical and mental HRQoL, and whether these associationsweremediatedbyfatigueanddistress. Results:Cross-sectionaldataof1371survivors(response:82%)wereanalysed.Participantswere69.5(SD9.7)yearsold,56% weremale,andsurvivaldurationwas3.9(SD2.5)years.Participantsself-reportedonaverage95.5(SD80.3)minonMVPA perday.Youngerage,malesex,beingemployed,non-smoking,lowerBMI,coloncancer(vs.rectalcancer),chemotherapy treatmentandhavingnoco-morbiditieswereassociatedwithhigherMVPA(p,0
