Tianjin University of Technology and Education 毕 业 设 计 专 业：汽车维修工程教育 班级学号：汽修0403 – 07 学生姓名： 代龙 指导教师： 尤明福 教授 二〇〇九 年 六 月  天津工程师范学院本科生毕业设计 汽车电子稳定程序实验系统设计 The Experimental System Design of Automobile Electronic Stability Programme 专业班级：汽修0403 学生姓名： 代 龙 指导教师：尤明福 教授 系 别：汽车与交通学院 2009年6月 摘 要 为了让汽车维修行业的从业人员或汽车相关专业的学生系统的掌握汽车ESP系统的构造原理和维修技术，设计与制作出可用于实训教学的电子稳定程序系统实验台（包含ABS、ASR）是十分有益的，也是十分必要的。教师在利用实验台进行授课时，学生更容易理解，记忆也更深刻，学习效率将大幅提高。 论文对电子稳定程序系统的结构组成进行了讲解，对其控制原理和油路工作原理进行了深入的分析，最主要的是对实验台的设计过程进行了全面的总结和详细的说明。实验台的设计研究包括制动系统构成及油路图、汽车模型简图、含故障检测点的制动系统电路部分、操作面板、ESP的实物部分，另外设计了一个自制控制系统便于肉眼观察各车轮控制过程，实现实验功能。最后强调了对实验台的维护及使用注意事项，以便于应用者对实验台更正确、更方便的使用。 关键词：电子稳定程序系统；实验台实际设计；面板设计 ABSTRACT It is very helpful and very essential to design and mak the electronic stability program system laboratory bench (includes ABS , ASR) for training and teaching , so that the automobile maintenance industry practitioners or students car-related systems can grasp car ESP system structure and maintenance of the principle of technology.Students can understand easily and memorise deeply,then, learning efficiency will be improved greatly,when the teacher give lessons by the laboratory bench. The thesis explain the composition on the structure of Electronic Stability Program system,and thorough analysis to its control principle and the oil duct principle of work, what is most main has carried on the comprehensive summary and the detailed explanation to the laboratory bench design process. The laboratory bench design research including the braking system constitution and the oil duct chart ,the model of motor car diagram, including the breakdown check points braking system electric circuit part, the operation panel, the ESP physical part, and designed a self-restraint control system to be advantageous for the visual observation controlled process of the wheel to realize the experiment function.
