业主回访制度 业主回访制度作者:佚名 时间:2017-7-21 浏览量:业主回访制度 为加强物业管理处与广大住户(业主)的联系,使管理处各项工作置身于住户(业主)监督之中,从而集思广益,及时总结经验、教训,不断改进管理工作,提高服务质量,特制定对住户回访制度。 一.回访要求 1.物业管理处正、副主任把对住户(业主)的回访列入职责范围,并落实到每年的工作计划和总结评比中。 2.回访时,虚心听取意见,诚恳接受批评,采纳合理化建议,作好回访记录。 3.回访中,对住户(业主)的询问、意见,如不能当即答复,应告知预约时间回复。 4.回访后对反馈的意见、要求、建议、投诉,及时逐条整理综合、研究、妥善解决,重大问题向公司请示解决。对住户(业主)反映的问题,做到件件有着落,事事有回音。回访处理率达100%,投诉率力争控制在1%以下。 二.回访时间及形式 1.牧业管理处办公室主任每年登门回访1~2次。 2.物管员按区域范围分工,每月回访1次。 3.每季度召开一次楼长会,征求意见。 4.利用节日庆祝活动、社区文化活动、公关活动等形式广泛听取住户反映。 5.有针对性地对住户(业主)作专题调查,听取意见。 6.物业管理处设投诉信箱,投诉电话,由专人接收,交办公室主任及时处理。 7.随时热情接待来访,作好登记。 Measures for the routine management of moral education in Middle SchoolsMethod of conventional management of moral education in middle schoolFirst, the guiding ideology:School moral education is an organic whole of the whole education work, always adhere to the school adhere to the moral education, education for this product, and actively promote the quality education, the school building efficient curriculum system of moral education, moral education, improve the sense of attraction and appeal, enhance the moral education work for through and timeliness.
