摘要 随着我国建筑业管理体制的不断深化，建立以项目管理为核心的建筑企业生产经营机制不仅使建筑企业转换内部经营机制的必然要求，同时也是强化项目全面管理，保证工期，质量，成本实现的重要手段，在建筑过程中起着越来越重要的作用。 在本设计中，以东方广场工程为例，根据实际施工条件，综合运用大学四年所学的有关项目管理的理论知识，对该工程土建施工的整个过程进行规划，特别是对工程进度控制有较为深入的探讨。 人们常用“时间就是金钱”来强调时间的珍贵，而这句话用在工程管理中反映的却是一个不争的事实，即在规定的工期目标内，如果能够合理有效地安排和管理时间，就能够按期完成工程项目，并取得良好的经济效益。反之，则不仅造成工程延误，还会遭受巨大的经济和信誉损失。而为了进行有效的工程进度控制，就需要在准确预测施工过程中种种影响因素的基础上，运用适当的进度控制方法对工期进行合理安排和预测。 关键词 项目管理 进度控制 成本控制 Abstract With the development of china architecture profession management system, business management that makes the project construction ,the essential that makes the project construction ,the essential desire that the business change the inside organization structure ,at the same time ,it is the way of strengthen the total management of construction project, assuring project complete in-time,construction quality,and cost object,so project management will be more and more important in the construction building in the fare . In the thesis,I take the Eatern square as the example to systemic design the whole process of construction ,basing on the real condition of the project and the knowledge of project management I have learned. progress control is the core of my thesis . People commonly used time is money to highlight the valuable time,but this sentence used in project management is reflected in an indisputable fact that the required period goal, if we can organize time reasonably and effectively, the project can be completed on schedule and achieved good economic returns. Instead, it not only caused the delay, but also suffered huge economic losses and reputation. In order to effectively control the progress of the project, we need to Use appropriate methods to control the progress of the construction period and forecast a reasonable arrangement on the basis of predicting all the factors during the course of construction ccurately.
