开展社区三人篮球活动方法及意义 　　摘要:在社区篮球运动中,三人篮球作为社区篮球运动的主体在社区中得以被广泛地开展,如何研究好三人篮球就成为研究社区篮球的关键所在。为了使三人篮球在社区体育中更好地发展,并且进一步提高篮球运动在社区体育运动中的普及率,本文采用调查法、文献资料法、数据统计法、逻辑推理法相结合的研究方法,“探索开展社区三人篮球运动的方法与意义同时也为社区体育文化的建设奠定坚实的理论基础,进一步促进社区篮球运动文化朝着和谐的方向更好更快的迈进”[1]。 　　Abstract: In the community basketball game,three-person basketball activity as the main body of community basketball activity is expansively developed. How to study well in three-person basketball activity becomes the key point of community basketball research. For better development of three-person basketball at community sports and further improvement of the popularity rate of basketball activity at community sports,the survey method,literature material law,data method,the logic reasoning law are adopted in the paper explore the methods and significance of implementation of community three-person basketball activity and at the same lay the solid theoretical foundation for the building of community sports culture and further promote the community basketball sports to move toward the harmonious direction for a better and quicker forward. 　　关键词:社区三人篮球;方法;意义 　　Key words: community three-person basketball activity;method;significance. 　　中图分类号:C91 文献标识码:A文章编号:1006-4311(2010)30-0128-01 　　 　　1研究对象 　　研究社区的长住居民。 　　2研究方法 　　2.1 问卷法。 　　2.2 文献法。 　　2.3 数据统计法。 　　2.4 逻辑推理法。 　　3研究结果与分析 　　3.1 开展社区三人篮球活动的内容和途径。①开展社区三人篮球活动内容。为了活跃社区体育文化活动,增强社区居民身体健康,各级相关部门或组织在各社区不定期地举行各种类型的三人篮球赛。三人篮球具有灵活性和多样性,集健身、娱乐、休闲于一体的特点,能够适应各种年龄段有不同需求的运动群体。②开展社区三人篮球活动的途径。通过对社区三人篮球文化活动的资料调查显示开展社区三人篮球赛方法中:赞成主要由群众自发组织的观点有82人占观点人数91.1%、赞成主要由社区委会组织的观点有56人占该观点人数62.2%、赞成主要由市团委组织的观点有46人占该观点人数比例的51.1%、赞成主要由商家赞助组织的观点有34人占该观点人数37.8%。 　　3.2 三人篮球赛开展的条件及特点(见表)。 　　3.3 三人篮球在社区推广的意义。①增强体质的功能。②娱乐身心、减轻压力的作用。③“经济可行、竞赛周期短、便于推广”[4]。④增进社区居民间的情感交流,营造和谐社会环境。 　　3.4 群众对社区体育设施基本情况满意程度。篮球运动作为一项拥有广泛群众的体育运动,在社区体育运动中特别倍受欢迎,通过对社区问卷调查的数据进行分析:有25.6%的人认为社区体育设施很满意;有23.3%的人认为社区体育设施比较满意,有47.8%的人认为社区体育设施不满意,有3.3%的人认为对社区体育设施的认识不清楚。 　　3.5 对体育活动经费的看法。当今社区体育运动能够正常的运转必须要有一定的经费来加以维持和补充,经费充裕是社区开展体育活动的保障,经费得到保障
