北京地区家养犬猫弓形体血清学研究 于咏兰 付丽娟 汪明* （ 中国农业大学动物医学院， 北京 100094 ） 摘要：比较了酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA ）和乳胶凝集试验对犬猫进行弓形体（Toxoplasma gondii）抗体检 测的结果。在 66 只犬猫的血清中，ELISA 方法检测的阳性率为 24.0% ，乳胶凝集试验阳性率为21.0% ，二 者的检测结果差异不显著（p0.05 ）。后采用 ELISA 方法对北京地区家养的 159 只犬和 128 只猫进行了弓 形体 IGg 抗体的检测，共有 21 只犬（13.21%）和 18 只猫（14.06%）检测结果为阳性。1 岁以下犬（3.70% ）、 猫（4.35% ）低于 1 至 3 岁犬（11.29%）和猫（6.98% ）的感染率。3-6 岁犬猫的感染率分别是 27.27%和 16.22%， 6 岁以上犬（30.0% ）、猫（32.0% ）的感染率最高。不同性别之间感染无明显差异(p0.05) 。 关键词：弓形体， 酶联免疫吸附试验，乳胶凝集试验，犬猫 Seroprevalences to Toxoplasma gondii in privately-owned dogs and cats in Beijing Yu yonglan Fu lijuan Wang ming (College of Veterinary Medicine, China Agricultural University, Beijing 10094) Abstract: Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA) and Latex Aagglutination Test were compared for detection of antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in dogs and cats.Among 66 sera from dogs and cats, the overall seroprevalences were 24.0% by ELISA and 21.0% by Latex Aagglutination Test ,respectively. There were no significant differences in positivity rates between two methods （p0.05 ）.Then the prevalences of IgG antibodies to Toxoplasma gondii in 159 pet dogs and 128 pet cats in Beijing were measured by using ELISA,the overall seroprevalences were 13.21% (21 dogs) and 14.06% (18 cats). Seroprevalences in younger(≤1 year )dogs(3.70%)and cats(4.35%) were lower than in dogs(11.29%)and cats(6.98%)from 1to 3 years . In the 3≤6 years age group,the prevalences of toxoplasmosis in dogs and cats were 27.7% and 16.22%, respectively. Amongst all dogs and cats, the seroprevalences were highest in over 6 years old dogs(30.0%) and cats(32.0%).There were no significant differences in positivity rates between sexes(p0.05).
