Vocational Colleges Multimedia Courseware bias and Solutions
[Abstract] Computer-Aided Instruction in higher vocational colleges in various professional courses has been widely used, but the use of multimedia courseware teaching, there are some deviations, mainly in: applied mechanically to “borrow” courseware, Blackboard-style photo-screen moving Xuan Ke, the information explosion impart knowledge, too fancy to perform courseware, using simulation to replace the practical training and so on. Measures to address these deviations are: handle modern teaching and traditional teaching of the relationship, strengthen teacher training in modern educational technology, properly handle the relationship between teaching and practice to carry out teaching and research activities to enhance the use of multimedia courseware, establish a scientific courseware evaluation system.

Abstract: Misuses of multimedia courseware in higher vocational college teaching are common, such as improper application of borrowed courseware, replacement of blackboard with courseware without any change in teaching contents or methods, cram-feeding teaching, garishly distracting courseware, and the replacement of practice training with simulated training, etc .. These misuses can only be corrected by means of proper application of modern and traditional teaching methods, by means of reinforced training in teacher’s application of modern education technology, by means of proper conducting of theory-teaching and practice as well as research activities, by means of improving application level of multimedia courseware as well as of establishing a scientific courseware evaluation system.
