Abstract: The management of university teachers should be incentives for writing papers are mainly supplemented by restraint measures. Incentives for teachers in colleges and universities at present the main problems are with the establishment of the concept of incentives and specific incentives for the implementation of the process there is sufficient emphasis on people-oriented principle. Therefore, establishing incentives for university teachers should implement the people-oriented principle. Incentive mechanism must be designed to recognize the differences and to meet different people’s different needs. Incentive mechanism is necessary to highlight the content of the principle of growth.

Motivation is the core of university teachers. Management psychology that: incentives mainly refers to stimulate people’s motives, makes the existence of a intrinsic motivation towards the desired goal of the mental process.
