Quality of Undergraduate Education of Local Projects Fostering Mechanism Abstract: Ministry of Education to promote the quality of the construction work for the institutions of higher learning provide a good level of teaching quality and teaching platform for the display. But compared to the major universities, local universities because of their own conditions and other factors, the project application work, there is a big disadvantage. how to find weaknesses in the “comparative advantage”, to advance into, concentrate on building is placed in front of the local college major issue. I believe that local colleges should establish the concept of nurturing and fostering mechanisms from the need for basic principle, basic content, and other aspects of monitoring and evaluation and discussion.
