Abstract: The rapid development of real estate finance to the real estate industry has played an important role, but our study of real estate finance a late start, real estate, financial sector, a serious shortage of professional personnel training. Based on years of real estate finance, teaching and practice experience, put forward in the competency-based teaching ideas, through the introduction of the “student’s participation in teaching” and case teaching methods, improve teaching links to continuously stimulate students interest in learning, students develop initiative, etc. Reform of teaching and practice, and to further improve the setting of the course and teaching suggestions, hoping to foster the development suited to China’s real estate industry needs a comprehensive talent.
