Opportunities for international study under the Vocational Training Abstract: The trend of internationalization of education, along with China’s accession to WTO and the increasingly evident. On the domestic and international talent market with advanced technology capabilities and the needs of high-quality workers face enormous gap. Vocational education must seize the opportunity to clear the situation and the requirements of international, and on this basis, ways of improving the quality of the internationalization of the teaching personnel training reform measures, so that the internationalization of higher vocational talents closer to the needs of an international competition potential.  Keywords: Internationalization; Higher; personnel training; teaching reform   An internationalization of Higher Vocational Training Opportunities  WTO accession to 1.1 makes greater demand vocational talents  China’s accession to WTO have made the economic development of a more integrated process, the international economic competition have become far more dependent upon knowledge of the production, processing and use. However, China’s accession to WTO, is bound to have more contacts with its member countries.
