Abstract: With the size of higher vocational education in China continues to expand, there has been vocational difficult issues such as employment of graduates, but arouse our serious attention and reflection. In this paper, excessive educational point of view on the current presence of such vocational education issues were discussed, from the over-education performance, the causes and solutions are analyzed, trying to find a solution to employment problems of Students effective ways and means.

For the “over-education”, the Western Education and economists have been twenty years of research history, but has not reached a consensus on its definition. Most people think that is any of the following situations should be called a “over-education “: (1) received the same level of education, their economic status or income decreased than before.
