The human capital which is formed from being invested to the human is the lrnowledge、technique. ability, physical strength...etc.,that depends on the humanbody, and can bring the capital of the income. Human capital is the cause of enterprise development, enterprises can developenduring competence and achieve long-term economic target only by human capitaloperation. Entrepreneur human capital is the core human capital of enterprises and the keyfactor to decide the enterprise performance, therefore, entrepreneur human capitaloperation is the sticking point of enterprise human capital operation.The thesis research how the enterprises human capital effect the core competitiveness of enterprises ,for the more this paper give three ways to let the enterprises human capital become more useful to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises. This research is of great theoretical and practical importance.
