SOCIETY No.2 , 2013 信用态度世代变迁的实证研究 陈岩1 ,宋红敏2 (1.北京联合大学管理学院,北京 1∞191 ;2. 北京联合大学应用文理学院,北京 1∞191) 摘 要:发展消费信贷的正确思路是提升有信用能力消费者的信用消费意愿,一般认为信用消费意愿主要取决于 信用态度,信用态度又会受到消费者所处的亚文化群体的影响。本文以年龄作为亚文化群体划分依据,在问卷调 查的基础上对消费者信用态度进行世代比较研究。研究结果显示不同世代的信用态度和消费信贷行为有显著差 异,从整体趋势上看,年轻人有更为积极的信用消费态度和更多的消费信贷行为。但是,世代与信用态度之间的关 系并不是简羊的线性关系,这说明除了年龄外,还有其他因素在影响信用态度的变迁。 关键词:信用态度;消费信贷;世代;交迁 中图分类号:F403 文献标志码:A 文章编号:1∞6-2815 (2013 )02-∞92-06 The Inter-generational Transmutation of Attitude to Credit l 2 CHEN Yan , SONG Hong-min (1. It has been confirmed that attitude to credit play an important role to the intention to bor- row , and the consumers subcultures may influence attitude to credit. In this research , consumers are divided into six gen- erations , and questionnaires are issued. The results showed that there 町e obvious differences in attitude to credit and con- sumer credit behaviors between generations. On the whole , the younger consumers are more likely to borrow for consump- tion. But there is no simple linear relationship among generations and attitude to credit. ηlÌs study indicate
