Ki67、TIAI、GranzymeB鼻腔淋巴瘤中的表达及临床意义 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨核抗原Ki67和细胞毒蛋白TIAI、GranzymeB在鼻腔淋巴瘤（NK/T）的表达及意义。 方法 以NK/T淋巴瘤34例石蜡组织标本为 研究 对象，同部位B细胞淋巴瘤8例为对照，行免疫组织化学染色（SABC法）。结果34例NK/T中CD45RO阳性20例，CD3阳性25例，CD56阳性18例，TIAI阳性28例，GranzymeB阳性20例，Ki67阳性率60%～95%34例。B细胞淋巴瘤除Ki67阳性率为30%～80%者6例以外，各免疫表型均为阴性。背景反应性中性粒细胞和组织细胞常表达TIAI，但不表达GranzymeB，肿瘤细胞异型性、Ki67阳性率与GranzymeB表达显著相关。结论Ki67阳性率、TIAI、GranzymeB对NK/T淋巴瘤诊断有很大 参考 价值，尤其GranzymeB特异性大于ITIA，NK/T的常规诊断可联合使用CD45RO、CD3、CD56、细胞毒蛋白、Ki67等免疫组化染色确定。 　　关键词 NK/T细胞淋巴瘤 Ki67 细胞毒蛋白 免疫组化 　　 　　 Expression and clinical significance of Ki67， TIAI，Granzyme B in nasal lymphoma 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of Ki67，cytotoxic protEinsTIAI，GranzymeB in nasal lymphoma（NK/T）.Methods Paraffin-embedded tissues of34cases of nasal NK/T-cell lymˉphoma，8midline B-cell lymphomawere studied using immunohistochemical method.Results In34NK/T-cell lymphoma，positive immunoreactivity was observed in20forCD45RO，25for CD3，18for CD56，28for TIAI，20for GranzymeB，60%～95%in34cases for Ki67.No positive reactivitywasdemonstrated in8midline B-cell lymphoma for these antibodies，except30%～80%in6cases for Ki67.
