浅谈普鲁卡因佐治16例儿童重型过敏性紫癜临床观察 　【摘要】 目的 观察普鲁卡因佐治重型过敏性紫癜临床疗效。方法 将我院2007年5月至2010年2月住院治疗的32例儿童重型过敏性紫癜患者随机分为两组：A组 　　（观察组）16例给常规治疗(肾上腺皮质激素、抗组胺药、改善毛细血管脆性药、抗生素或抗病毒药等综合治疗）+普鲁卡因治疗，B组（对照组）16例单给常规治疗。对两组患者临床疗效进行观察。结果 两组病例在病情恢复时间、住院时间、复发时间、治愈率及有效率差异有统计学意义，加用普鲁卡因治疗对以顽固性腹痛、便血为主要症状， 常规治疗无效患者治疗尤佳。结论 普鲁卡因联合常规药物治疗重型过敏性紫癜较常规治疗组相比能达到更好的治疗效果，对以顽固性腹痛、便血为主要症状，常规治疗无效患者治疗尤佳。 　　【关键词】 　　普鲁卡因；佐治；重型；过敏性紫癜;儿童 　　 　　The clinical curative effect of the treatment to severe allergic purpura children through procaine 　　 　　YANG Yi-min. 　　Hematology Department of The Second Peoples Hospital in Qujing, Yunnan 655000,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment to severe allergic purpura children through procaine deveangeorge. Methods From May 2007 to February 2010, 32 patients hospitalized children with severe allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups:A group(observation group)16 cases were offered conventional treatment(adrenal cortical hormone, antihistamines, improve blood capillary brittleness medicine, antibiotics or disease-resistant poison, etc comprehensive treatment)+procaine treatment. Group B(control group)16 cases were offered conventional treatment. 　　The clinical effect of two groups were observed.Results Two graps in illness recovery time, the length of time, recurrence rate and effective time, there were significant differences in general, used for treatment of abdominal pain, had blood in one?s stool for intractable main symptom, conventional therapies patients is preferred.
