老年男性酒依赖患者暴力行为相关因素分析 作者：张皑频 曾宪祥 祁文 杨德兰 【摘要】 目的 探讨老年男性酒依赖者的暴力行为及影响因素。方法 采用随机抽样的方法，运用冲动行为量表（IBS）调查男性酒依赖患者暴力行为的情况并进行相关因素分析。结果 与正常组相比，老年男性酒依赖患者冲动行为量表分数存在显著性差异。父或母有酒滥用或依赖、初次饮酒年龄早、饮酒频繁、每次饮酒量多、童年有遭受躯体虐待史、对社会支持利用差为男性酒依赖患者施暴行为的高危因素。结论 生存环境差的老年男性酒依赖患者暴力行为更明显. 【关键词】 酒依赖；暴力行为；老年；男性 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study influencing factors of alcohol dependence in elderly male patients with assaultive behavior. Methods A crosssectional study was respectively conducted among male patients of alcohol dependence. The cluster sampling method was based on the impulsive behavior scale (IBS). Results The scores of IBS of elderly male alcohol dependence patients had significant difference compared with those in the common male patients. Family history of alcohol abuse, the first time as early as age drinking, drinking frequency, the amount of alcohol use each time, more affected by childhood physical abuse, poor actual familial adaptation were the high risk factors of abuse actions, Personality characteristics of low neuroticism, low motivation impulsive, good quality of marriage had protective effect to avoid the occurrence of thEir violence. Conclusions The assaultive behavior is very obviously in short of habits with alcohol dependence of male patients. 　　【Key words】 Alcoholic dependence;Assaultive behavior 　　目前，暴力行为和酒依赖的研究已经引起各国犯罪学、心 理学 、精神病学、社会学等领域的积极关注。而国内尚未见酒依赖和暴力行为相关性的研究报道。本研究采用对照研究的方法，评估有暴力行为的老年男性酒依赖者的人格特征，试图找出与正常组的差异，为 治疗 及干预提供理论依据。 　 　1 对象与方法 　　1.1 对象 随机抽取2007年6月至2008年12月就诊于重庆医科大学附属第一 医院 心理卫生中心、重庆市精神卫生中心、湖南省脑科医院、长沙市精神病院门诊及住院治疗的有暴力行为的男性酒依赖患者74名（符合CCMD3，酒精所致精神障碍、酒依赖的诊断标准）,其中酒依赖伴暴力组38名、酒依赖非暴力组36名。并随机抽取长沙水泵厂工作人员和下岗职工且无酒依赖和暴力行为者40名为正常对照组。年龄≥55岁，平均年龄（60.8±3.7）岁；受 教育 年限（12.7±2.3）年，其中初中63人，高中33人，大学及以上18人；在职业构成中，农民7人，工人48人，无业14人，经商或其他45人；童年受躯体虐待史31人，未受虐待史83人；未婚16人，离异21人，已婚77人。 　　入组标准和排除标准:酒依赖伴家庭暴力组（研究组）：（1）符合CCMD3酒依赖诊断标准；（2）对家庭成员有过身体攻击行为；（3）≥55岁，男性；（4）小学以上文化，能完成测试者。酒依赖非家庭暴力组（对照组）：（1）符合CCMD3酒依赖诊断标准；（2）对家庭成员无身体攻击行为；（3）≥55岁，男性；（4）小学以上文化，能完成测试者。正常对照组：（1）无酒依赖；（2）对家庭成员无躯体施暴行为；（3）≥55岁
