肛裂两种手术方法的疗效比较 【摘要】 　　目的 比较两种手术方法 治疗 肛裂的效果，探讨肛裂传统手术方式的临床选择。方法 采用随机对照临床观察方法，比较140例患者采用侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术和后正中切扩术的疗效、并发症及愈合时间。结果 两组在愈合时间、疼痛程度等方面有显著性统计学差异（P0.05）。结论 侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术治疗肛裂具有愈合时间短、疼痛程度轻、对肛门外形影响小等优点。 论文联盟www.LWLM.com编辑。 【关键词】 肛裂 手术 疗效比较 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of two different procedures in the treatment of anal fissure.
