老年人哮喘的临床特点及诊治分析 【关键词】 哮喘 摘要：目的： 分析 老年人哮喘的临床特点及诊治情况。 方法 ：回顾分析我院1999年1月至2004年6月120例老年哮喘的临床资料。结果：老年患者病程长，有吸烟史者多。诱因多以呼吸道感染为常见。肺功能指标中FEV1、FEV1/FVC显著低于青壮年组。中、重度发作患者多，合并症及并发症多。结论：老年人支气管哮喘发病有其独特的临床特点。 关键词：哮喘；老年人；呼吸道感染 The Clinical Feature and Treatment of elderly Asthma Abstract: Objective: To study clinical feature, diagnosis and treatment of asthma in the elderly.
