腹腔镜联合手术５１例临床分析 【摘要】 目的 探讨腹腔镜联合手术的临床应用。方法 回顾性分析2004年5月~2007年12月间收治的51例胆囊结石合并其他腹部疾病接受联合手术的病例。结果 51例均成功进行腹腔镜联合手术。结论 在遵循传统手术原则的前提下，掌握好手术指征，腹腔镜联合手术安全、高效并切实可行。 　　【关键词】腹腔镜 联合手术 　　 　　【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical application of combined laparoscopic surgery．Ｍethods The clinical data of 51 patients of cholecystolith accompanied with other abdominal diseases undergoing combined laparoscopic operations from May 2004 to December 2007 were retrospectively analyzed．Results 51 cases underwent combined laparoscopic operations successfully．Conclusions combined laparoscopic operation is safe
