自体肝移植患者的围手术期护理 【摘要】 目的 总结 自体肝移植患者围手术期的护理体会。 方法 系统性回顾我院2例半离体肝部分切除、余肝自体移植手术患者的资料，总结自体肝移植患者围手术期的护理方法及经验。结果 本组2例均未发生护理并发症，均健康存活。结论 术前做好心理护理和健康 教育 及术后严密监护、疼痛护理、营养支持的同时, 密切观察有无小肝综合征、肝动脉栓塞、胆道狭窄、术后出血等并发症是自体肝移植成功的关键。 　　【关键词】 自体肝移植； 半离体肝部分切除； 围手术期； 护理 　　【Abstract】 Objective To summary the nursing experience in perioperative period of patients who recEive liver autotransplantation.
