名医余瀛鳌432例调肝法医案辨治规律研究.PDFVIP

国际中医中药杂志2017年3月第39卷第3期 Int J Trad Chin Med, March 2017, Vol. 39, No.3 ·225 · ·论著 · 名医余瀛鳌 432 例调肝法医案 辨治规律研究 于琦 王映辉 李宗友 李哲 孙晓峰 于彤 田野 李敬华 【摘要】 目的 基于“中医医案知识服务与共享系统”，挖掘名医余瀛鳌调肝法的辨治规律。方法 以 余老在中国中医科学院中医门诊部医案为数据源，筛选调肝法为主要治法的相关医案，应用中国中医科 学院中医药信息研究所研发“中医医案知识服务与共享系统(V1.1.5)”，构建数据库，采用频次分析、关 联规则等方法进行数据挖掘，确定余老调肝法的核心药物组合，用药模式，应用病证及合并治法。结果 通 过分析 432 份门诊病案后认为，余老常运用调肝法治疗月经不调、肝癖、胁痛等；辨证多为肝郁气滞、 肝郁血瘀、肝郁脾虚、肝肾亏虚；治疗时常合并通络法、育阴法等治法；核心药物配伍为柴胡-香附。 结论 运用“中医医案知识服务与共享系统”可发掘余老调肝法的临床诊疗及用药规律。 【关键词】 医案；知识服务；调肝法；数据挖掘 Datamining research on the rule of doctor Yu Yingaos 432 cases with the treatment principle of regulating the liver * Yu Qi , Wang Yinghui, Li Zongyou, Li Zhe, Sun Xiaofeng, Yu Tong, Tian Ye, * Li Jinghua.
