The control group was given standardized rehabilitation treatment, the treatment of the observation group in the control group was given on the Tibetan white vein ointment. Were patients with upper limb and hand function to simplify the Fugl-Meyer motor function scale before treatment, after 12 weeks of treatment (Fugl-Meyer Assessment of Sensorimotor Recovery, FMA), motor status scale (Motor Status Score, MSS), Wolf (Wolf Motor Function motor function test, Tes, Wolf), neural function defect score (Nerve function loss score, NIHSS), modified Barthel index (Modified Barthel index score, Barthel) evaluation, records were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the two groups after treatment FMA, Wolf, NIHSS, MSS, Barthel index scores were significantly higher than before; white vein FMA, treatment group Wolf score higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); white vein NIHSS, after treatment MSS, Barthel index score and the control no significant difference (P 0.05).Conclusion: Tibetan medicine Baimai ointment can improve post-stroke upper limb and hand function, promote the recovery of limb movement function after stroke.
