中国药典2010 年版毒性药材使用禁忌与毒性控制 夏东胜( 国家食品药品监督管理局药品评价中心，北京 100045) 摘要：目的 全面了解新版药典对毒性药材使用方面的限定，便于从标准及使用层面有效控制其毒性，确保临床应用中 的安全性。方法 对中国药典 2010 年版所载的毒性药材使用禁忌内容进行归纳与总结。结果 中国药典 2010 年版收载 的毒性药材使用禁忌内容包括：用药禁忌、特殊人群使用禁忌、病症禁忌、患者体质禁忌和饮食禁忌，以上常见有关毒 性药材的使用禁忌内容是防止其安全风险的重要环节 。结论 中国药典 2010 年版对毒性药材使用禁忌的相关规定，是从 标准层面对药材毒性的有效控制，也是保障临床安全用药的有效手段，故在临床使用中必须严格遵守。 关键词：中国药典 2010 年版；毒性药材；使用禁忌；毒性控制 中图分类号：R285.1 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1007-7693(2011)07-0640-04 Using Taboo and Toxicity Control on Toxic Medical Materials in the 2010 Version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia XIA Dongsheng(Center for Drug Reevaluation, State Food and Drug Administration, Beijing 100045, China) ABSTRACT ：OBJECTIVE To understand comprehensively the related restrictions of toxic medical materials in the new version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, which will facilitate to control its toxicity effectively and ensure the safety of clinical application. METHODS To review and summarize the contents of using taboo on toxic medical materials in the 2010 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. RESULTS The contents of using taboo on toxic medical materials in the 2010 version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia include that medication using taboos, special populations using taboos, disease taboos, patients constitution taboos and dietary taboos, which are important links on preventing the security risks of toxic medical materials. CONCLUSION The related restrictions of toxic medical materials in the new version of Chinese Pharmacopoeia is a kind of effective control measures from the standard levels, and is also an effective mean ensuring the safety of clinical medication, so we should obey them strictly in clinical use.
