Abstract: In orde r to mi prove loadbearing capacity o f cyc lo id dr ive by a large m arg in, a double crank ringp late
cyc lo id reducer in m ulti structure fo rm is innov ated in the w or ld. Based on a k ind of m a in structure form am ong
them, the doub le crank four ringp late cyc lo id reducer, the w orking pr inc iple, m erit, structure design, pro f ile optmi i
zation and the theory and m ethod o f the w ho le machine parame ter optmi ization design are in troduced, and perform
ance tests a re conducted to exam ine the designing theor ies and m ethods.
