集装箱海铁联运发展的方案研究

摘 要：2003年以来，中国港口集装箱吞吐量连续7年位居世界第一，而海铁联运发展水平与此却极不相符。
文章针对中国集装箱港口海铁联运发展的不足，从运量与运能相互矛盾的角度出发，剖析了目前海铁联运三
种作业模式的利弊及其影响因素，并对制约其发展的体制建设、路网布局、市场与服务、关键技术等问题给出
了解决的方案。
