分类号：TP273 U D C：D10621-408-(2012) 2441-0 密 级：公 开 编 号：2008071023 分类号：TP273 U D C：D10621-408-(2012) 2441-0 密 级：公 开 编 号：2008071023 汽车方向盘转角监测器设计 论文作者姓名： 候康 申请学位专业： 测控技术与仪器 申请学位类别： 工学学士 指导教师姓名（职称）： 申小颂（副教授） 论文提交日期： 2012年06月10日 汽车方向盘转角监测器设计 摘要 随着时代的发展和人们生活水平的，汽车已经变成人们日常生活不可或缺的工具汽车方向盘转角监测器可以实时显示方向盘转角，转角过大时报警，行车安全及转向系统寿命。使用可转多圈的电位器来作为角度传感器测量转角，对电位器加一电压，可变阻值端输出电压值，经过A/D转化数字量，通过STC12C5A6052单片机换算成角度，并驱动LCD1602液晶显示屏将测量的角度显示出来将测量的角度与转向助力油管内压力可承受的转向角度做对比，若则驱动报警指示灯闪烁蜂鸣报警器报警。软件用C语言编程，采用模块化设计思想，初始化、AD转换、延时、显示、报警等模块主程序。汽车方向盘转角监测器具有体积小，实用性好，稳定性能好，反应速度快，通用性强等优点。关键词：转角监测；传感器；单片机The?Design?of?Automatic?Steering?Wheels?Angle?Monitor Abstract With the development of the living level and economy, the car has become an indispensable tool of peoples daily lives.It is very important to improve the car safety performance.Car steering angle monitor can display the corner of the steering wheel for the driver, in the meantime if the angle is overrated, it will alarm the driver.It is an important role in the protection of peoples road safety and vehicle system life.This design uses the multi-turn potentiometer as the angle sensor to measure the corner, plus a fixed voltage on the potentiometer, variable resistance-side can output potentiometer corner of the corresponding voltage value, after A / D converting it to digital message. Then the STC12C5A6052 MCU change it into the angle, and drive the LCD1602 LCD displaying the angle. Compare the measuring angle with the maximum steering angle, if this angle is higher than the MAX, then the alarm light blinks, and the buzzer alarms.The software part uses the C programm language, it is formed of initialization program, AD program, delay program, display program, these all programs can be called by the main program.The system is small size and has lots of advantages , just like practicality, good stability, fast response, versatility and so on.
