By establishing index system of universities strength, using panel data between 2006 and 2008 to analyze and fitting the Panel Data Model. Choose the right model, depending on some tests. Based on the model which is established, this article will analyze the gap between 15 universities and explore why these differences produce. At the same time, this article studies the promote factors of universities’ strength. At last, according to the model selected, this article compares current situation of universities and raises some suggestions to enhance universities’ strength. Key words: Universitie
