[Abstract~ Objective Toexplorethevalueof320一rowVCTcardiacimaginginthediagnosisandtreatmentoftetralogyof
Fallot(T0F)inchildren．Methods TwentychildrenwithsuspectedTOF underwent320一row VCT cardiacimaging，and
al1of320一row VCT diagnosticinformationwerecomparedwiththoseofu1trasonography (US)．Results Inallofthe20
patients，320一row VCT cardiacimagingfound16TOFchildren，USfound 18TOF children．McGoonindexcalculatedby
320一row VCT andUSwere1．13土0．04and1．O1±0．04(￡一 1．521，P一0．149)．Forthediagnosisofventricularseptalde～
fect(VSD)，takingoperationresultasthegoldstandard，thedetectionrateswas80．00 (16／20)in320一row VCT and
9O．OO (18／20)inUS，respectively(P0．05)．Themaximum diameterofVSDwas(4．984_-0．29)mm in320一rowVCT，
and (4．96±0．31)mm in US (t一 0．258，P一 0．800)．Theaorticoverriding ratesinTOF patientsmeasuredby320一row
VCT andUSwere(0．27士 0．01) and (0．28士 0．01) respectively (t一 一 0．019，P一 0．250)．Conclusion 320-row
VCT canclearlyshowsavarietyofmalformationsofTOF inchildren，andaccuratelyassessethepulmonarydevelopment
situationandthesizeofVSD above2mm ．which isimportantforplanningthepreoperativetreatmentprograms．
