多型腔注塑模流动平衡分析与计算.

摘 要 长期以来,我国的注塑模具设计主要依靠设计者的经验、直觉,通过大量的反复试模、修模,然后不断的修正改进原有的设计方案来完成的。这样就造成注塑成型工艺缺乏科学依据,具有很大的盲目性。这样不仅是模具的生产成本及生产周期增高增大,而且注塑模的质量也很难保证,由此带来的市场效应大幅度降低,从而丧失了竞争力。随着CAE技术的发展完善及应用到注塑成型上,带来了众多好处。CAE技术的应用不仅省时省力而且减少试模、修模次数、降低模具的报废率,缩短模具设计、生产周期,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。我国的塑料制品行业在设计和制造的手段上应加大投入与国际先进水平接轨。 本论文探讨了CAE软件的注塑模拟原理,重点介绍了Moldflow系统结构及运用。阐述了如何使用Moldflow软件对注塑系统的设计及理论计算方法,包括浇口位置的选择及流动平衡的分析与计算等。从而选出最优化方案。此次分析研究将对注塑成型工艺的发展起到指导意义。 关键字:CAE;Moldflow系统;工艺参数;注塑成型工艺;优化方案 Abstract ?Long-term since, our country of injection mold design mainly rely on the designers experience, intuition, through a lot of repeated testing molds repairing mold, and then continuously modified to improve the traditional design scheme to finish. That would give injection molding process lack of scientific basis, have a lot of blindness. So not only is mould cost of production and production cycle increase increased, and it was difficult to ensure that the quality of injection mold, which has greatly reduce market effect, thus lost competitiveness. Along with the development of CAE technology improvement and application to the injection molding, and brought many benefits. The application of CAE technology not only saves time and effort and to reduce the number of mould, try mode, reduce scrap rate of the die, shorten the mould design, production cycle, reduce production cost, improve the quality of products. The plastic products industry in China in the design and manufacture of means should be increasing investment and the advanced international level standards. This paper discusses the CAE software simulation principle of plastic injection, this paper introduces the system structure and using Moldflow. Expounds how to using Moldflow injection system software to design and theoretical calculation methods, including gate location selection and flow analysis and calculation of balance, etc. So that choose the optimum scheme.
