Its one of those cultural myths, like, The British are reserved. I dont know why people think this. Weve invaded every country weve encountered. (Laughter) But its not true Americans dont get irony, but I just want you to know that thats what people are saying about you behind your back. Now I can see thats not a very attractive name for legislation: Millions of Children Left Behind. I can see that. Whats the plan?
