The results showed that the optimal extraction process conditions were 2.0% composite enzymes, the mass ratio 2 ∶3 ∶5 of cellulose, neutral protease and pectinase, reaction pH value 5.0, temperature 50 ℃, duration 2.0 h, and solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶120.
