摘 要：近年来，我国农林院校研究生心理健康教育获得了长足发展。但随着研究生规模扩大，管理机制改革等
变化，农林院校研究生管理部门需要进一步整合学校心理健康教育资源，提升队伍专业化水平，基于对研究生群
体心理的研究，构建五级危机预警机制，重视导师在心理教育中的作用，充分完善研究生心理健康教育体系。

A bst ract ：In recent years, postgraduates ’ psychologica l hea lt h educat ion in China s agricult ura l and forest ry
universities has developed by leaps and bounds. However ，with the expansion of graduate students ，and the reform
of management mechanism ，the postgraduate management departments of agricultural and forestry universities need
to further integrate the psychological health education resource ，and enhance the level of professional team ，and build
five-level crisis early-warning mechanismbased on the psychological research of graduate students ，and pay attention
to the role of mentor in psychological education ，and perfect the psychological health education system.
