我院318例药品不良反应报告分析 尹庆亮 (山东省蒙阴县人民医院药剂科 山东蒙阴 276200) ［摘要］　目的 了解我院药品不良反应（ADR）发生的特点及一般规律,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用Excel电子表格，对我院2010年1月～2011年10月收集上报的318例ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等进行统计、分析。结果 318例ADR报告中60岁以上者ADR 发生率较高，有117例 （占36.79％）Analysis of 318 ADR Cases Reported in Our Hospital Yin Qing-liang. （Dept. of Pharmacy， people’s Hospital of Mengyin County , shandong 276300, china） 【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristics and regularity of the adverse drug reaction（ADR）occurred in our hospital so as to provide referrences for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS 318 ADR cases collected from our hospital between Jan. 2010 and Oct. 2011 were analyzed statistically in respect of patients’sex and age，routes of administration, drug categories， organs or systems involved,clinical manifestation by means of Excel table. Results Of the total 318 ADR cases，patients aged over 60 occupied great proportion（36.79％）,ADR cases were mainly caused by antimicrobial drugs and TCM injections（42.77% and 17.92% respectively） . Intravenous injection was the main way to cause ADR，accounting for 63.93％,The most common manifestation of the ADR was lesion of skin and its appendants （37.17％）. CONCLUSION Great importance should be attached to ADR reporting and monitoring to promote rational use of drugs and reduce the occurrence of ADRs in the clinic. 【Key Words】 Adverse drug reactions；Analysis； Rational use of drugs 药品不良反应( ADR) 是指合格药品在正常用法与用量下出现的与用药目的无关或意外的有害反应。近年来，随着药品种类和剂型的不断增加，药品的不合理使用现象日趋严重，ADR的发生也越来越多，给人们带来了不同程度的危害。如何预防和减少ADR的发生，已成为广大医务工作者关注的重要问题。为了解我院ADR发生的特点及一般规律，现对我院2010年1月—2011年10月收集上报的318例ADR报告进行分析和总结，旨在降低ADR的发生率,促进临床合理用药。 1 资料来源与方法 对我院2010年1月－2011年10月收集上报的318例ADR报告,按患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类、ADR累及器官或系统及临床表现等，录入Excel电子表格，建立数据库进行统计、分析。 2 结果 2.1 发生ADR患者的性别与年龄分布 318例ADR报告中，男性153例（48.11％），女性165例（51.82％）；患者年龄最小者2岁，最大者81岁。发生ADR患者的年龄与性别分布见表1。 表1 发生ADR患者的性别与年龄分布 Tab 1 Distribution of patient’ s sex and age in ADR cases 年龄（岁） 男性（n） 女性（n） 合计（n） 构成比（％） 10 29 31 60
